FINALS WEEK - May 4-10

• Monday-Thursday - 6 a.m.- 8p.m. (tentative pool hours - noon-1 p.m. only)
• Friday - 6 a.m. - 5p.m. (no pool hours)
• Saturday & Sunday - closed
• Summer hours begin on Monday, May 11 - 6 a.m.-6 p.m. (no pool hours to start)

Summer Membership - available for purchase beginning April 27 - summer hours begin on May 11

• 91影视 employees/spouse: $100 each
• 91影视 alumni/spouse: $100 each

The 91影视 Recreation Center and Pool are open to 91影视 matriculated undergraduate and graduate students (fee-paying students) and Recreation Center membership holders (faculty, staff, alumni and Extended Education (formerly Continuing Education) students, or their spouses who have purchased one of these memberships) and to membership holders with the Walking Track/Group Fitness or the Pool memberships. Individuals can sign up for a membership at the front desk of the Recreation Center. 91影视 alumni must present an alumni card to the desk staff when signing up for a facility membership.

Membership Sign Ups

Individuals can sign up for a summer membership or annual Recreation Center membership at the front desk and pay with cash, check or utilize payroll deduction for 91影视 employees (annual membership only for payroll deduction). Online membership payments for full year or summer memberships are also available. Individuals will complete the membership application and payment process (for credit card payments) online at .

Please contact the Director of Campus Recreation & Fitness, Lynne Andrews at landrews@keene.edu for the current membership fee as rates will be prorated throughout the year.

Members will still need to complete the Par-Q Health form and liability waiver which can be done at the front desk of the Recreation Center as well as to purchase memberships with cash or check payments.

Recreation Center Membership - Academic Year

Full Recreation Center membership includes use of the

• BodyWorks fitness center
• Recreational courts
• Swimming pool
• All group fitness classes
• Elevated indoor jogging/walking track

Full-Time and Part-Time Matriculated Students (Undergraduate and Graduate)

Membership fee is part of the mandatory student fees, which provides 91影视 matriculated undergraduate and graduate students with access to the Recreation Center and all Campus Recreation & Fitness programs. Spouses of matriculated students may also purchase a semester membership at the same rate as spouses of Extended Education students, see below.

Extended Education (formerly Continuing Education) Students

• Extended Education student: - $60 summer membership (May 11-August 21)
• Spouse Fee: - $60 summer membership (EE Student must purchase a membership for spouse to); spouse fee of full-time, matriculated undergraduate or graduate students

Faculty & Staff Fees

• Employee fee: $100 - summer membership (May 11-August 28)
• Employee fee: $340 - annual membership (May 1-December 2026)
• Spouse of employee fee: $100 - summer membership (May 11-August 28)
• Spouse of employee fee: $225, if the employee purchases an annual membership; if employee does not purchase the annual membership, spouse must pay $340.

USNH Fitness Reimbursement program:

• USNH employees or their dependents will be responsible for paying their Fitness Facility directly for their annual membership dues. It will be the USNH employee鈥檚 responsibility to submit the required documentation for reimbursement which will include verification of payment.
• The fitness reimbursement is $300 for a 91影视 benefits eligible employee for 2025.
• Annual full-year membership is available in January - cost is $500 and runs January-December 2026.
• Membership cannot cross calendar years as the fitness reimbursement is a health benefit.
• Please stop by the front desk of the Recreation Center for more information on this program.
• Fitness reimbursement is being managed through Wageworks/Heath Equity - please contact Lynne Andrews for more information about this program.

• 91影视 alumni - $100, summer membership; spouse, if alumni purchases a semester membership - $100 summer
• 91影视 alumni - $510 (12 months, from time of purchase); spouse, if alumni purchases a membership - $325 (12 months, from time of purchase)

Alumni Member Parking Permit:

Alumni members can log into the Permit Store () to create a new account if they do not already have one, then click on the 鈥楤uy Permits鈥� button. Scroll down the list of permits until they see 鈥淭emporary: Gym Membership鈥�. Note the price for this permit is $5.00 (plus a $1.00 Permit Store fee) - total $6.00. Click the [Add Item] button and follow the prompts.

Alumni, after the permit has been approved, (the Parking Office will check the names against the list sent to them), then after receiving an approval notice from the Permit Store, they can log back into the Permit Store to print their permit. This permit will need to be displayed in the dashboard window so it can be clearly read by the parking attendant.

This permit will allow the alumni Recreation Center members to park in the Spaulding Gym lot. Should an alum not wish to pay the $6.00 parking permit fee, they are welcome to park in the Visitor parking lot for free, however they must register their contact and vehicle information via the QR code displayed at the entrances, each time they park.

Alumni utilizing the day pass option must register their vehicle and park in the Visitor Lot by Keddy House every visit or risk receiving a parking ticket if they park in other lots on campus.

Pool Membership - no charge

• 91影视 faculty/staff/alumni/spouses/Extended Education students: Available at any time during the academic year.

Walking Track/Group Fitness Only - semester membership

• 91影视 faculty/staff (including retired employees) & spouses of faculty/staff: available for fall 2026 semester
• 91影视 alumni/spouse: available for fall 2026 semester

Day Pass

91影视 Extended Education students, 91影视 employees and 91影视 alumni may purchase a $5 day pass to access the facility. Individuals can pay the $5 day pass fee at the front desk of the Recreation Center and must sign a liability waiver.

Guest Pass

Available to 91影视 students and 91影视 employee members who wish to sponsor non-member visits to the facility. Guests must be 18 years or older to work out in the facility. Guest passes may be purchased for $5 each, one guest per visit. The member/student must be present with the guest when purchasing the pass and a guest waiver must be signed by both the sponsor and guest. Five visit limit for the same guest per semester.
