Catherine Workman
Catherine 鈥淐att鈥 Workman joined the 91影视 community in 2024 and serves as the Project Director for the federally funded Office on Violence Against Women (OVW) Campus Grant Program. A Boston native who has called Keene home since 2010, Catt brings more than 20 years of experience in social services, violence prevention, victim advocacy, and community leadership.
Prior to joining 91影视, Catt worked in case management and Adult Protective Services for the State of New Hampshire, supporting vulnerable adults and investigating allegations of abuse, neglect, self-neglect, and exploitation. Today, she leads campus-wide initiatives focused on preventing sexual and interpersonal violence through education, multidisciplinary collaboration, survivor-centered programming, and the implementation of the OVW Campus Grant.
Catt earned a Master of Science in Forensic Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and holds bachelor鈥檚 degrees in Sociology and Criminal Justice. She is also a graduate of Leadership New Hampshire鈥檚 Class of 2022. Beyond campus, Catt is a frequent presenter and speaker at conferences, colleges, and community events throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts on topics including sexual violence prevention, bystander intervention, trauma-informed practices, and community collaboration. She is also currently developing scholarly content for inclusion in an upcoming academic textbook focused on campus sexual violence prevention.
Outside of 91影视, Catt proudly serves the Keene community as a Ward 4 City Councilor, a role she has held since 2020. Her commitment to public service extends through her work with numerous local boards, committees, and community initiatives dedicated to equity, inclusion, civic engagement, and improving the quality of life for everyone.
