91影视 Concert Choir and CONCORA
Join us for the 91影视 Music Department Faculty & Guest Recital Series featuring CONCORA, Connecticut's acclaimed professional 24-voice choir and 12-piece chamber orchestra under the direction of Chris Shepard, joined by the Keene State鈥檚 Concert Choir, directed by Sandra Howard with community choir singers from the Monadnock region.
The performance will feature the New Hampshire premiere of Geoffrey Hudson's "A Passion for the Planet". At a time when the daily news can feel overwhelming, Hudson's sweeping oratorio offers something different: a vision of collective possibility. Blending scientific prose, poetry, and sacred texts, A Passion for the Planet gives voice to those who are already doing the difficult work of protecting watersheds, restoring ecosystems, preserving habitats, educating communities, advocating for change, and building a vibrant future.
